GRSS Cougars finish 1-3 at the BC Basketball Championships, ending up 15th in the province in the 1A division. The boys played hard and were great representatives of the school and community. Thank you to the fans who travel and those who support us from afar, to the generous community and parents of Gold River and Tsaxana for making this trip possible, and especially to Ellena Gjesdal for all your help this season. Congratulations to all these young men on an amazing season, especially graduating seniors Logan Rose and Jacob Tarasoff on great high school careers. To the rest of the team, enjoy this experience and then it's time to get to work training for next year - go Cougars!
