Chamber Of Commerce AGM

The Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual AGM on Jan. 17th. There are two positions available. The Secretary and Treasurer positions are up for nominations. Also a Director position. Chamber members are encouraged to come out and vote or volunteer.
RCMP Seeking Assistance

The Nootka Sound RCMP are requesting the assistance of people in the community in locating Daniel Lockhart. Mr. Lockhart was last seen in the area of Donner Dr in Gold River around 11:00 a.m. on January 6th, 2018. He is a Caucasian male, 61 years of age with greying beard and longer hair. He may be wearing a checkered jacket and jeans. Police are concerned for Mr. Lockhart's welfare. If you see Mr. Lockhart or know where he is, please contact the Nootka Sound RCMP at 250-283-2227 immediately.
