A Message From Our Mayor
August 07, 2017
I would like to start by sending our thoughts and concern to the families who lost their homes and their belongings last night in the fire. I am also happy and very thankful that no one was seriously injured.
To our First Responders that attended to the fire, as always, you did an incredible job we can't put into words how much we appreciate your efforts. The quick action of our Fire Department to ensure the fire did not spread may have saved what could have been a much worse disaster.
Gold River is very fortunate to have the dedicated people we have who are always there in a dire situation.
Our Volunteer Fire Department are always recruiting new members, if you are interested please contact the Department.
Thank You!!

Classic Car Adventure Club Travels To Gold River
August 06, 2017
The Ridge welcomed the Classic Car Adventure Club to Gold River on Friday night.
The group is on a tour of Vancouver Island and boasts members from across the United Sates and Canada.
After a day of seeing the local sites they headed to the Ridge for dinner and a few games of Classic Rock Bingo and then a few members serenaded the group with some Karaoke hits. The club had a wonderful time and want to make a trip to Gold River an annual event.
